cowl scoop height

    1972 Maverick 2 door.Original V-8 3 spd std shift.Also a 72 one owner Sprint sporting a 351 Windsor
    2" is a good height but...You want it to hang over the cowl a bit (an inch or two) So it really dips into the high pressure air off the cowl/windshield. If not you will want to go taller on the scoop opening to get the air volume you need for it to be effective.
