Comet question

    Ran across a 74 Comet on craigslist, asking $300. It's a V-8 car with a manual tranny, 3 speed on the tree. How common is this? The pics look ok, it's a 2 door, not showing much rust. No motor, but the tranny is still in the car. Worth the asking price?

    70 mav, 71 grabber, 73 Comet, 2004 f-250 crew cab diesel, 2001 f-250, 2004 explorer, 2007 Gold Wing trike.
    If it doesn't have much rust, it sounds like a deal. should be good for parts even at that price.:)
