Just wanted to check in . . . it's been months since I posted. Been bummed out about high gas prices - can't drive my baby as much. I'm down to taking 'er out for an "errand day" about every 10 days or so. I remember .99/gal gas - could go anywhere, any time!
What is everyone else up too?

Hanging out on the mountain til Friday or Saturday. Then back down to home. Gotta start the Grabber up and see if it works. Then put that back in the trailer and get the sprint into the garage. Now that it's finally starting to cool down. :hmmm:Was 110+ last Saturday when i came back up here.:)

I still go to a lot of shows, the cost of gas is a pain but i love my classic car shows, know what i mean. I just don't go to as many real long distance shows that's all.;):(

I used to pump gas for 23¢. Sometimes Norfolk gas stations would have gas wars and I have bought it for 19¢ before. Ah the good old days.

But then, I was only making $1.50 an hour.

Funny, I to remember gas less than .30 cents, but I wasn't making the big money yet only $1.40 an hour for me.
