I have a 71-2 bucket seat to be installed and was wondering if there is a connector between the tracks. On the early Falcons, Comets, Mustangs there were 2 wires connected by a turnbuckle. I see no such parts or anywhere to place them.

Wires? like electrical? They were most likely for the seat belt light on the dash which you dont have.

No there is no connection between the seat track, that connection was to disengage the dogs that held track in position when you moved it forward or backwards and only one track on Maverick bucket seats locks up
