Brought 71 maverick home today.

    I trailered the 71 maverick i bought off ebay home today. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1,1&item=4626147547&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT Its in pretty good shape except both lower rear quarters need patches. I got a car full of extras too. My ford buddy looked at it and told me the some things I need to change such as oil dipstick location,timing cover, and ditch the P/S pump cause its a manual steering setup.The rear bumper and valence are straight and the front bumper and valence are also very good.Im thinking of trading the EFI and AOD engine/tranny for a regular 302/c4 if I can find someone who may want it.Heres some pictures of it where it sits now. I got a cover with it also.

    Nice buy! Just ditch the efi and bolt on a regular aluminum intake and 4 barrel if you are not comfortable with it. A used C4 should be easy to find and will bolt right up. Looks light a great project!
