    Anyone know where i can get a brake proportioning vale for a 1970?

    You can have your old one rebuilt. There are places that advertise in Hemmings that do that service.

    Starting in 1970, Ford disc brake, distribution blocks had internal distribution valves rather than external.

    You will need to change from a drum brake distribution block to a disc brake block.
