Probably a replacement... I don't remember seeing those as OEM, though maybe GM or MOPAR??

I believe clip would fit inside top cover, would have a C clip on neck of bolt to capture it...

I have seen that style on many 1970 Mavericks only.

Early Chrysler products used one similar to that. Not the quickest setup for checking/adding fluid!

Well I found it. It is a Wagner MC73328 https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=2149278&jsn=3 Supposedly it may have been used in 1969 Torino's . Still can't find a gasket for the cap :-( , but I can still get the master cylinder. Not sure uniqueness verse practical may when over this one. LOL
So quick question, is everyone having good luck with reman master cylinders or should I go new?

I've owned somewhere around fifteen '68-'69 Torinos, never seen one with the bolt on top...

Drum brake MC for '68 to early seventies Mustang, Torino, Falcon, and early Maverick are all similar if not same...

Buy a new MC,. only few bucks more and less possibility of defective unit. Don't pay to skimp on brake components.
