    Turn signal switch.........

Melvin's list only turn signal switches for the Ford Maverick, one that fits a 1970 and one for 1971 and up, I am a bit confused, I thought the 70 was year specific, then the 71 and 72 were year specific and then 73 and up, am I wrong, did I just get bad information, I need to replace my turn signal switch in my 72 and want the correct one, please reply with correct information, and yes I have used the search function, that only confused me more

You mention a brake light switch and then say you need a turn signal switch. They are two different things. What are you looking for? The turn signal switch for your 1972 would be part #D2AZ13341C.

73-up used a different turn signal switch. 70-77 used the same brake light switch

Sorry it's been a long week/weekend. TURN signal switch is what I need, I was probablly thinking brake light because only one of my brake lights work, until the turn signal is pulled just right, will a 1970 Galaxy switch fit? EDIT: I see the part numbers are the same so it should.
