my drums in back are warping... i figured this out when i pulled away from the diner and didn't release the parking brake fully... the car kinda lurching back and forth a bit until i let the brake off all the way. so in light of seeing how much drums cost, any body know how to tell if a used drum has some cutting left in it? is there a thickness measure or maybe a diameter measurement that i could use? looks like another trip to the yard. (darn)
    thanks

New drums are cheaper then an accident. Buy new from a NAPA or good parts store. Drums are not that expensive. Better safe. Have you checked to see if your drums can be turned and saved or are they to thin already? A good parts store can turn and measure the drums for you.
