i have an automatic transmission that im getting ready to send to the scrapper, its from a 78 granada that had a 250 in it, should i hang on to the bellhousing, someone may want it for a v8 swap. im pretty sure it can be taken off right? would this be worth hanging on to? id hate to send this to the junkyard just to findout someone could have used it..

Last year when I needed a bellhousing, it took me 2 weeks of looking before I found one. If I ever come across another one I will keep it!

steve why do you have to live so far away? i shoulda said something when i was in your area a few weeks ago. i have two trannies... one from a 74 galaxie with a 351 which bolts right up to my 302. but if this tranny turns out to be no good, i have a 76 mav 302 tranny without the bell housing (which i would rather use anyhow just cuz i know where it came from) the two trannies have different bolt patterns. poop
