Hi all. I found a 72 Maverick that has a back seat in it finally. Just wondering if it will fit into a 70 maverick. Both are two doors. I could always get the side panels from the 72 but i would prefer to keep my black ones.

    Thanks all!

It will fit but you will have to use the 72 side panels as the seat base is different due to seat belts being in the side and retractable, so Frank is correct

Early 1972 Mavericks did not have the retractable rear seat belts.....so you might be able to use your existing side panels.
