Hello everybody... My very first car was a metallic green 74 Maverick, with 302 power. It had a dent in the rear quarter panel, and the HUGE bumpers with the bumper guards to boot. I put some Cragars on it. 14x6 up front and 14x10's in the back. I learned all the basics from that car. I ended up selling it to a friend who parted it out...
Ever since I've been on the lookout for another Mav, but ironically the prices just kept getting higher and higher.
Well here I am 16 years later and I have finally fulfilled my promise. I am now the proud owner of a 1970 Maverick. Not a grabber, but it was on collector plates when I got it. I'm looking forward to swapping ideas etc. with everyone.

Yeah it needs a 5 lug swap, and then I'll find some rims and tires. Right now it's a stocker. Gonna go 60's drag race vibe with it. I know it's a backward Idea, but that's just the type of guy I am.... Cheers
