I grew up in Little Rock and Aclin Ford used to be a huge new car dealership that even sponsored an evening talent show on Friday nights. Not enough room here to go into what a fixture they were on radio and TV. Biggest one I remember is their midnight talent show they ran along with some late night "B" movie with local talent, regular side-kick acts (Jessie the talking mule---that don't talk). The host for the show was Charles McRaven and I still remember it------"Charles McRaven here for ACLIN ford, AIRBASE exit, AT the freeway in downtown Jacksonville". Excuse me........I wax nostalgic.............
Arkansas dealer Craig, what procedure would I use, to find out which dealer my Mavericks came from? Is it through the Marti Report? Yhanks, for any information. :Handshake
Ok, thanks. I have looked through both of my Mavericks, for such information. Yet, finding nothing. I guess I will have to quit being a cheap a$$ and get the Marti Reports.:Handshake
Oh man, I made the mistake of reading this and now I can't get Charles McRaven out of my head... They definitely were a fixture.
