Are the instrument cluster lights always on?

    My instrument cluster lights are always on. Are they suppossed to be like that or do I have an electrical issue?

    Supposed to come on when you turn on the parking lights and the head lights.

    I guess I knew the answer. Now I have to figure out why they are always on when the car is running.hmmmmmm
