Here's a few pics of my daily beater, taken a couple of years ago when I had it cleaned up for a Dixie Maverick meet. I like the color it is currently, and everyone else seems to love it as well. It's literally just Cherry Red Krylon spray paint. :biglaugh: But I also love the Ford Calypso Coral color. Trying to decide what I should paint my next Maverick, which will more or less be a clone of the one I have currently, except actually "nice". This current car looks decent enough in pics, but the body has a lot of hidden problems and half assed stuff I don't want to deal with. Would rather just start from scratch with a far nicer body.

But basically, I'm wondering if someone can take these pics:

and photoshop this color on it:

Any other input also welcome. Thinking I may ditch the side trim if I go with the Orange color, but if I stay with the Cherry color the side trim will definitely stay and will be polished out to a chrome like finish (if not actually chromed).

orange is too redneck for my taste (said a guy from the kills of eatern Ky ) but i'd stay with the darker red color if it was me..... IMHO :)

jimmy do u have anything bigger than 640x480 it helps for a better final picture. I will do the side or front view one for you in both color choices if u want. I cut all the trim and widows etc modify body color as to not lose highlights. reassemble the cut parts back on and you would have a pretty convincing photo.

upload any larger files to your gallery or contact me for my email

The orange is all I want shopped on. The second choice is the color it already is. Thanks.

    Here you go...

Did best I could do with the low dpi source file. Should give you an idea. Took liberty of couple other colors too :)

oh btw in my gallery there are 1700 x whatever (large) versions that I resampled at better dpi if you want to download one or something.

    Take care, enjoy
