Marti is a pretty good place to start. I called them and was disappointed to find out that 1974 is their cutoff. They claim that they are only licensed by Ford to do info and research up to & including '74..that's all. Bummer. man!!

Marti could find out...but it would cost ya. I have never found out how many there were.

I think all you 1970 Grabber owners should chip in and have Marti do the research ... I'd donate to the cause if I owned one ...

As Paul Harvey Says, "Now the Rest of the Story"

Ok guys here is the inside scoop, I had a Marti report done on mine, but I was curious to see if anyone out there had a production number on them or not. So, this is what I found out. With the 1970 Grabbers the Grabber trim package was sold as "Special Value Package #2", and they built 30,140 of them. (y)

It's kinda of cool to know considering everything that I had read on some of the different Maverick websites, that no one seemed to know for sure exactly how many were built. :)

Just found out about a week ago or so. I was surprised to see the production number that high. I thought it would be in the high 1X,XXX to low 2X,XXX.

Craig, I thought the information would be useful to you as well, since you have the 1970 Ford Maverick Grabber Registry. :) (y)
