i just can see a need for the different speeds. i use the adjustable switches that have the tube that gets clamped to the radiator. i locate the temp sensor part next to the out let side of the radiator so its sencing the temp of the coolant after it goes through the radiator. this way if the car is moving fast enough to cool the radiator the fan wont turn on. my motor stay right at 170 degrees with a 165 t-stat.

after the knotts show jay turned his car on and the a\c then came and talked to us more and helped put erics car on the trailer. that had to have been at least 15 min. even the other LA guys were looking at his car and each other scratching their heads. It bumped the high speed a couple times but for the most part just sat on low. i think his system is fine he just wants a better switch. Jay that looks better than the one i have on the truck (the one that burned out the adjustment and sits at lowest temp) let me know as it may be what i switch too....
