Air alternitives?

ok closing my cowl vents off. becides opening windows eny ideas how i could run air into the car? or pics of alternitives.

 

Cut holes in the floors, or firewall.

 

If your only closing the grill portion the heater will still draw in air from the cowl. It has 2 large drains one at either end behind the fenders. Not sure how the air quality would be. I would think its OK since its in the inner fender as long as you dont have some huge exhaust leak.

 

you could cut holes in the inner fenders that will go into the cowel area. then run some sort of ducting along the bottom of the fender up to the front grill area. that would give you good fresh air and shouldnt let any water into the cowel area.

 

well took the heater unit out and im selling it or trading it but using those side drain ducts are a good idea

 

eny other ideas?

 

Some Cobra guys use ducting from the grille and a bilge fan to pipe in some cool air.

S.P., maine does have bugs. all 17 days of summer but they arn't quite as bad the rest of the year. Must be they don't like snow. (I'm an ex-Maineiac)
