Hey all, new to this forum and new to Mavericks, been lurking here for a couple of weeks and have been impressed to say the least with the quality/quantity of info here. Gem of a site here guys That said, here's the abridged backstory. I first met my horse about 6 months ago; my mechanic buddy's sunday driver, I quickly fell in love with its ugly tan/cream paint job, pusher bars, and low rumble that preceded its arrival to the local watering hole. So, 4 months ago, when he told me of his intent to sell the vehicle instead of transplanting its newly rebuilt 302 (!) in his 2dr Mav, I emptied out my checking account and went all in. Got more than my investment back in ****s and giggles, and aside from general maintenance, has been more cooperative than any of the EFI cars I've owned before. Made the San Fransico to Salem pilgrimage like a champ. That's my story, thanks for listening! Here's a pic, as is she's a sleeper, but that will probably change with your help -Derek

Ooooh... looks awesome guys, but I might have to take a pass until next year. Gotta put in a 4bbl and do some body work before I show my face, until then the car is only good for scaring ricers
