    Yea, it'll fit. Looks just like mine. Only if you're running a main girdle, you'll want a pan with a "kicked out" rear wall to clear the rear main studs and nuts. Can't tell in those pics if that's one.

    thats not the same pan i have but looks like it will interfear with the lower controle arm mounts. i had to notch my pan to clear the mounts. heres some pics of what i had to do.

    I have the Milodon 30925 pan. Clears fine even when dropping the engine in the car.
