I'm rebuilding the front end on my 75, bushing , ball joints, etc. I've got everything pulled and the spring pulled up using a spring compressor.

Whats the best way to go from here to get the A frame out? I'm planning on removing that lower spring mount from the A frame, let the spring down so I can pull it out then pivot the A frame up so I can get to the nuts.

    Is there a better way?

Break the ball joints loose before removing the A frames. Once thats done, just 2 nuts on the top a frame and it will drop right out. Take the spring out and replace the insulators while your at it.
