On the rear it looks like the small bumper mounting holes are exactly the same as large bumper only higher up. Is this correct? and if so does anyone have a measurement center to center on how much higher? If not Center to center how did you measure? I don't have the inside brackets to weld to the trunk floor so I can't use that. I will have to fabricate something once I get the measurments. On the front bumpers The big bumpers have a metal stone guard with chrome moulding and a rubber/plastic filler piece. Do small bumpers have the rubber/plastic piece or just the metal piece? specifically this is for a Comet.
