a few more small bumper conversion questions

    On the rear it looks like the small bumper mounting holes are exactly the same as large bumper only higher up. Is this correct? and if so does anyone have a measurement center to center on how much higher? If not Center to center how did you measure? I don't have the inside brackets to weld to the trunk floor so I can't use that. I will have to fabricate something once I get the measurments.

    On the front bumpers The big bumpers have a metal stone guard with chrome moulding and a rubber/plastic filler piece. Do small bumpers have the rubber/plastic piece or just the metal piece? specifically this is for a Comet.
