76napa tank in 74

    74 Maverick 250 3spd auto 78trans am 400 "some" go fast goodies:)
    was wondering what i would need to put the 76 napa tank into my 74. i know i will need the longer straps but was wondering about the vent on the top of the tank and the sender would the 74 parts work? or does the napa tank include the sender? any info would be great

    The straps work for the 74-77. The tank is the same. When you order the tank it does not include the sender unit.

    1972 Maverick Grabber - Color: Orange Also, 1976 Ford Maverick 4-door, 1977 Mercury Comet 2-door.
    You will need the bigger straps as the NAPA tank is bigger than your 1974 tank. All of your stuff (except for the straps) will switch right over.
