Im 16 my dad knew a guy who was selling his '74 maverick for $310. So me and my dad have been building this car little bit at a time. We bought a 1986 ford 302 ho motor that were building right now. But we are wanting to do the bumper conversion and are have issues finding some. We also need a pair of fenders and a hood. If any one know were a cheap parts car is please tell me. Also im hoping to switch from an automatic to a toploader. I still in the progress of rebuilding the 1986 ho motor and im thinking about saving up money to change the origanial motor in to a stroker motor. Which heads are better the ones off the 1974 or the 86? please help.
