    wow i just relized that i have owned my comet now for 6 years. in that time i have done a lot to the car. but i want more!!!:yahoo:

    :mg: My first car was a comet. Fresh outta high school. I have owned 5 of them all together and the one I have now still has parts from the first one on it. That spans 32 years and 2 wives. :dancing:

    HAha. I still have my first maverick that I got in high scool, 15 years ago. And still on the first wife but that was only 4 years.

    LOL I've had the Comet for 2 years now. In that time I've done quite a bit to it. I traded it for an 84 Pontiac Bonneville a year after I graduated HS.

    The mav is gone but i'm still here!
    I've had mine for 6 years also,its been in my family since 1992.
    My dad had a couple growing up, his stepfather used to be a Ford used car salesmen.But my dad has never been into cars and after his stepfather died he sold most of the cars including a boss351 stang and torino cobra for dirt cheap.
