I have two sets of 351 w heads, both are 69 models, both have D00E, but one set has a c below the D00E, what does it stand for?

70 castings, but these were used for several years after 70.

with d1 and D2 casting suffixes after these heads they went to a 5/8th spark plug

The smaller plug was that early? Thought that happened in the mid 70's. I've pulled D0OE heads off both a 71 and 72 351W.

75 is the change over year for the plug and the c9 heads have a smaller combustion camber 70-74 was a little bit bigger by 75 the heads were junk same as a 302 head
