I recently picked up a 3-spd manual tranny from another Maverick that is waiting to be put in my car, but I have found a problem with the shifter. Even though the shifter bolts are tightened as far as they will go, the shifter does not sit flush with the mount, making it very wobbly. Its almost like there is supposed to be a spacer of some sort in between there, but I'm not sure. Does anybody have any pictures of how the factory shifter is supposed to be attached to the linkage?

Thanks, looks like there's some kind of spacers in there.
