    this is ...what...you need. you can get it at any transmission parts supply.

    Flexplate, 164-Tooth, External Engine Balance, 28 oz., Ford, 302, AOD

    mine was from FMS for a F-150

    I went to the lacal parts store and bought a flex plate for a mid late 80's early 90's F150 with a 5.8/aod
