Hey everyone, I'm Colton and proud to say I just bought my first muscle car ever!!! It's a 1977 Mercury Comet roller for 400$ I'll post pics when I get her home. My prior vehicals are- 1993 dodge stealth es, 1991 dodge stealth rt/tt, 1995 eagle talon tsi (10.7 @ 137mph), 1998 mitsubishi eclipse gsx, two 1987 Chrysler conquest's, and currently my 2003 mitsubishi eclipse gts with decent tune 13.8 @ 123mph. So it's not like I don't know my way around under the hood I'm just not used to working on v8's but I look forward to it and also getting into the world and getting you'r guys help/ know you guys. Thanks

Thanks nice to know I have some local people around me! As of right now I have a 302 out of a fox body I was considering using.... but evil side of me wants to put the rb25 in, no disrespect though.

What's a rb25 :hmmm: Sounds like something you'd get using the washroom at the bus station....

The rb25dett is a inline 6 dohc 24v engine produced by nissan and used in the skyline. I was going to use it for the 240sx I was going to pick up but the guy wrecked it before I could pick it up.

Most likely a dumb question but I don't remember if the car has the shifter on the tree or the floor?

The mav is gone but i'm still here!

The RB swap is overdone to death in the import world, heck a K swap would even be less cliche. The irony in that :D

The K swap is decent I've just never been a fan of honda's. From the sound of it I'll be building the 302 block I have and maybe going with a ponydown turbo set up.
