    This question get's asked a lot. If you have a maverick or Comet Just look and you will see that they will not fit. I don't to be a smart _ _ _. Just look.

    will the summit 114 dollar 1s fit ,thats a good cheap choice if they do fit i think there shorties im sure someone will say here if they do work good ,do you have power steering and a coloum shift you need to know that also

    I just bought some heddman shorty headers for my 72 from summit. I am dropping in a 92 5.0 with efi. The part number is hed-88400 they were 169.95

    Good luck, ive heard mixed reviews about them fitting, I think there was a discussion on here about them. Some were trying to suggest to Hedman to chang ethe way they were made

    I think if you were doing a rack and pinion then they would fit. the steering box is the biggest problem.

    Thanks Ryan.:)Thats where Im going with this 73. R&C power rack. Im looking for headers with at least 2" primaries.

    PS one of my friends at ORBs says theres a guy in Havasu that makes Headers. Ever heard that?

    Heddman 88400 headers are supposed to work. I have a set, just haven't fit them on yet. I'll let you know.
