    Have a 74 Maverick inline six....wondering about it being a factory 5 lug car....is this common?

    74 Maverick - 82 Ford Ranger,one of the first ones made!
    I believe after 73 all were 5 lug regardless of the engine. :)

    Not only is it common...it is STANDARD equipment for 1973 and newer Mavericks/Comets as Simple Man pointed out.

    if you get a 72 and older gt or grabber did they come with 5 lug im pretty sure they with the v8 and all but just checking.

    All V-8 cars were 5-lug in 1971-1972.

    Some have even seen 5-lugs on 250-6 cars.
