Removed EGR valve, found 2 holes leading from intake, one of these holes looked like someone had placed a glob of molten metal in, completely...

Ok. so we got a new carb. for my maverick's inline 6 cyl. engine. It's got an electrical choke... uhm... SOS!!! What does it hook to? Help?:huh:

we just rebuilt the carb, cleaned it as best we could, and put it back on... I'm workin on the idle screw. i'll check it out... Any other...

We looked for vacuum leaks all over, but didn't find any at all... so we're pretty sure it's not that... And it seems to be something to do with...
hmmm... alright. we'll check the choke out tomorrow... Maybe it'll do it. If not we'll check for vacuum leaks.
yeah. our timing is spot on, we don't have any leaks. it just dies when we let off the gas... hmm
