Ford never made one for a Maverick, so anything you would see out there would be aftermarket or off of another Ford of some kind.
I have some, but I think you found some already.

Sounds like the control valve needs rebuilt.
It does not unbolt. It is welded to the car.
FYI: FACTORY power disc brake booster will not work on a manual transmission car. The clutch pedal rod is in the way.
The rubber "bumper" on the end of the trunk lid: On the high side, cut it down some and see if that helps. I have done that before.

A lot of people have used early Mustang floor pans with minor modifications to fix a Maverick floor pan.
If those seats are out of a 4-door, they will not tilt forward to allow passengers to get in the rear seat.

Non AC cars are TOTALLY different than a car with Factory AC. Pretty much the entire heater/AC box needs to come out of the car
