I did the same thing when I put my 5.0 together . I just used an easy out to back the bolt out and put a new one in :).

I`m getting ready to replace my heater core and hoses and was wanting to see how you guys have you`r hoses routed before I get started if y`all...
I`d paint the block black , red and blue would be too busy/tacky IMHO .
I got a used 390 (just like a 600) holley off ebay , rebuilt it with a dual stage power valve a stiffer secondairy (sp?) spring and after changing...

Now that my car has torque boxes (boxed in with angle iron) I jack it up there and put jack stands under the frame rails or I just jack it up...
That makes me want to build a "bullitt" maverick :evilsmile . Mabey for my next model :) .

I have a whole valve body I just need a stock seporator plate so I can drill a hole on my b&m plate . Whoever had the tranny before me put a shift...
I got a stupid question for y`all , will it hurt the tranny at all if I start the engine with no valve body in it ? I still havn`t been able to...
I got the 5.0/C4 dropped in last night , still need to prime the oil pump and get everything hooked up . I also finaly got the drivers side...
The hub cap should pop right off if you pry on it with a screw driver or a 4 way .
Any one know what the full wiring harnes is worth out of a 2 door mav ? I was thinking 35 bux :huh:. Thanks
