Header option ?

    Ok i was wondering if anybody is running shorty headers with power steering that fit and can have the exhaust mounted with no problems thanks

    1972 Maverick Grabber - Color: Orange Also, 1976 Ford Maverick 4-door, 1977 Mercury Comet 2-door.
    Lots and lots of us here. I don't know of any Maverick specific shorty headers that WON'T work on that set-up.

    My brother bought a set of headmen shorties and the collectors ran right into the trans so he had to have the exhaust shop reroute them

    Despite that...still didn't have any obstructions with the engine block or transmission.

    They did "hug" the block way better than my longtube Hookers and another set I got from a member on loan from a newer mustang.

    I bought a pair of summit brand long tubes for a 72 maverick and the passenger fit with a little bit of bending but the driver did not fit at all
