    If your pics are already on FB or something else, you can often just copy/paste. Or you can click on the yellow icon that looks like a mountain and sun [​IMG]and then paste the picture's URL (rightclick on the pic and go to properties and copy the whole URL (address)) and paste it into the URL field that pops up after you click the yellow icon.
