Thank you David, for taking the time to speak at length with me on the phone, about pursuing the possibility, of making more Ford Engineering, and Factory historical/restoration information, available to Maverick/Comet enthusiasts, and also available to the rest of the Ford Classic Cars/Trucks enthusiasts. Much appeciated!

And for the MCCI members...and everyone else...

...I tried my best a few years ago to coordinate an effort, to Interview one of the retired Ford Engineers...who worked with the Engineering Team on the classic Ford Mavericks.

The MCCI leadership were more than generous, helping me out as a new member, in working on this project, that we planned on sharing with everyone, if we could secure the interview. Thanks guys!

He and I emailed back and forth, working on answering an interview/questionnaire, that some of us had developed, but unfortunately, he was getting older, and his health made it difficult to see this through. I appreciate him being willing to try in the first place.

After failing there...I tried my best to get answers to our questions another way.

Getting more historical information about these cars published may not be possible...but it doesn't hurt to try.
