71 maverick dome light help??

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could buy the bulbs and the glass for a 71 Ford maverick dome light?

I think the lens is plastic and can be bought off a self help rack...

 

The bulbs (Sylvania part number 561) are available at most auto parts stores, and the lens is available at AutoKrafters, as well as some auto parts stores in the "Help!" section.
