    I have a 71 maverick and I really want to work on the car to make it as nice as it once was. However, i have no previous experience doing this. Would anyone give me tips? I don't have much car knowledge.

    I would recommend purchasing a repair manual similiar to this one:

    Next, use the search function of the forum for the topic you wish to research or learn more about then ask questions to clear up any confusion you may have left. Everyone here is eager to help with most everything Maverick/Comet related. (y)
