Decal Placement ... where's it go?

    I just looked at 25 year old pictures of my first 71 Grabber (white/V8/auto bucket/floorshifter/PS/no AC) and the sticker was NOT on the shock tower. I do not have pictures of the underside of the hood.

    I think I'm gonna pick up a 70 decal which is square. The long 71 version just doesn't look good to me. It won't be correct but will be more pleasing on the eye ... :)

    dmhines, my 71 had one that looked like that on the drivers side valve cover. Nothing on the towers, or under the hood. Non air car I had from new. Joe
