    Here is a list of Mav/Com things I did today.

    1. Picked up a park brake cable at Autozone ( I hate that place) for the Stallion.
    2. Did a quick look see and streched the new park brake cable under the Stallion to see if length was workable :)
    3. Checked Maverick.to for new posts.
    4. Bid on grabber on ebay
    5. Read MCCI Shorthorns
    6. Renewed MCCI membership and stuck it in the mailbox.
    7. Made reservations with host hotel for 05 Roundup.

    you got more done than i did.

    1) chased parts on the phone for about 2 hours
    2)chased parts in town for about 45 min.
    3)back to phone for 20 more min.
    4)got sick of chasing parts
    5)worked on the 72, more welding
    6)went to work(to pay for this silly project)
    7)looked on ebay for parts,...no luck (this is very normal on this build)
    8)did more research for project , trying to track down things
    9) come tomarrow....repeat steps 1-8

    1972 Maverick Grabber - Color: Orange Also, 1976 Ford Maverick 4-door, 1977 Mercury Comet 2-door.
    1). I took one rim with mounted tire to the junkyard with me today (go to the yard as part of my "real" job every week).

    2). Removed said tire from said rim with their tire removing equipment.

    3). Brought both home.

    4). Measured rim and marked said rim with dimensions for futire reference.

    5). Took rim and put it in storage with my other rims.

    6). Placed tire in a pile to be recycled correctly

    7). One down.....3 to go.

    Let's see, yesterday I paid JPT for rollerizing my 6-gear planetary and the reverse planetary.....

    Checked on several parts at the machine shop that are being machined for the spare tranny.....

    I think that's about it, man i'm getting slack!!!:cry:

    I made a 6.5X second pass @ 115.5 mph in my Maverick at 6 o'clock this morning!!



    Wait.....that was one of those weird morning dreams. :(
