I believe Parker was his last name. Anyway looks like he's selling his Maverick. I know he's had it for a long time. Last roundup he attended he drove that car from CA to Columbus and back, packed with his whole family.

I was looking for Mavericks for a buddy of mine when I came across this ad. I reconized the car. Then read the description and saw his name. I had heard he moved to AZ so it must be him.

Wasn't he featured in a magazine with that car, or was it the club newsletter?

Warning: this is not an attempt to hijack this thread, this only my feable attempt at some lame humor! :D

Sure, that how most of start out, just ask Doug! It's okay to admit that you are addicted to these cars! Just start out by saying "My name is ________ (insert name), and I am addicted to Mavericks."

Sorry, I couldn't resist! :bananaman :D When I read that comment, it just really struck me funny. :D

Now back to the original topic of this thread.
I have admit that is some trip in a Maverick from CA to Ohio!
As someone else mentioned, for that kinda of asking price, he needs post more pics.

I know it would be hard to sale my Maverick, after 20 years of having it as a daily driver.

I'm not sure I'd call that car "all original". (Nice Cosworth Vega in the background)
