Holley (what am i missing)

    im a edelbrock guy thats all i have ever had well i was in my grandfather shed and i came across this carb he SAID it ran good years ago so i decided i will rebuild it but as i look at the pics of other kits i dont see this part. do i need this part, anywhere i can buy it? i also found a pic of the carb i have and it seems like its a grommet

    ive looked seems like all over the internet and nothing, thats what i get for trying something new:slap:
