what are original wheel covers worth

    i have been wondering if people find any value in the original wheel covers for a maverick/comet or do they just recycle them.

    Depends on which ones they are, but by the most part, just recycle them if you want. They are all over ebay if somebody ever really wanted some. I have hundreds of them and I very rarely have a call for them.

    I might be one of those freaks that would actually be interested if they were near perfect. Not saying I'm in the market right now, but one of the cars I'm doing is going back to stock (full covers).

    i have the ones off the 72 comet if i polished them they would probably be pretty good

    I think all of us have a set of wheel covers or hubcaps! I have all 4 of the ones that were on my car when I got it. They don't take up much space on the wall! :rofl2:

    That is a neat idea! It would be my luck to make one and then somebody would want the wheelcovers! :)
