Need help identifying engine in 69 Mustang, possibly a 74 Maverick engine?

I recently purchased a 1969 Mustang with a 302 V8 engine. The wiring and vacuum lines were all chewed up but I've fixed the wiring. The vacuum lines however are another issue because I have no clue where to connect them. To further complicate matters, the 302 V8 engine in it isn't the original one from a 69 Mustang either. Google'ing "D4DE-9C485" says that it's the engine for a 1974 Ford Maverick instead. Is this true? If so, does anyone have a proper vacuum diagram for it? Here are pictures of the engine, the carburetor is a Motorcraft 2150.

I'm having a hard time matching up this engine with anything else because the vacuum switch on it only has two ports(labelled 3 and 4), while all the other 302 V8 engine vacuum diagrams I'm looking at have three ports.

    Vacuum hoses

OK, I will get you to where it will run correctly if you want.

Hose numbers and what to do with them.

    1. This is a vacuum retard, leave it as is.
    2. This is the vacuum advance, You missed numbering a fitting where this hose goes. If you look behind the metal plate on the passenger side of the carb you will find another port. The hose connects to this one.
3&4. This is a thermal vacuum switch for the timing, you really don't need this one.
    5. EGR activation port, you have all the other smog stuff removed/plugged so don't worry about this one either.
6,7&8. Manifold vacuum ports. Leave the one line to the transmission connected and plug the other 2.
    9. Float bowl vent goes to air cleaner bottom or you can leave it the way it is.
    10. I do not know where it is hooked to so I cant say.
    11. Another vent tube you can leave the way it is.
In one of your pictures you have 9 & 11 hooked to 6 and 7. This will cause a massive vacuum leak and make your car not run correctly.
This will get you to where you can get your car running. It is by no means the factory routing of the hoses.
    Good luck with it.

The wire connection on the choke is the auto choke feature, it will hook into a wire coming from the voltage regulator.
