Hello there. I have a 1974 Mav 4 door. I have only had it for about a year. A month after I got it the tranny went out. I rebuilt it and put a shift kit in it. So now it runs and everything wich is cool, but I hate those bumpers! Is it possible to put on 73 or 72 bumpers?

    Small bumper swap, like mentioned.

In case you didn't know, the super skinny front bumpers are from '70-'72. '73 is a 1 year only front bumper, also called the medium front bumper. And then the big boys run from '74 up. '70-'73 rear bumpers are the same (minus options like rubber strips and vertical guards). The '73 rear bumpers used a different mount than '70-'72, but the bumpers are the same. The '73 mount pushed the rear bumper out further.
