    I need a windshield for a 70 maverick. Can anyone tell me where I can find one?

    I bought mine at a local junk yard for $50
    call every junk yard in your area someone might have one. anytime I need a part that I cant go to autozone and get thats how I find it. just open the phone book and start dialing.

    money maker is right though post an ad in the classifieds here plenty of people have parts cars. youre in the area where ther seems to be alot of maverick/comet owners who are connected here maybe you can get one cheap and be able to go pick it up from there place :thumbs2:

    My understanding is that the front windshield is the only piece of glass that you can buy new but I also hear where it isn't as thick as the original one was so I'm not sure which way I'm going yet :tiphat:

    Yep fronts are still made. Just bought one local several months ago
