Accidently posted in wrong forum page :
    Front tire leaning in
Put new springs and perches about 10 years ago, about 30000 miles ago, had front end aligned then, tires wore even till about 3 months ago, now left tire is wearing on the inside and you can see it is leaning inboard at the top vs the bottom, what is causing this? I'm guessing the lower control arm bushing?

Do you have shock tower braces, or some sort of upper shock tower support?

Yes, I have the factory braces on,I jacked it up today and tried to find any slack, everything seems tight, it's not leaning bad but it's noticeable to me and my tire is wearing on the inside

You need to jack it up under the lower control arm...This will allow you to check the upper ball joint and upper cont arm bushings...As for the lower...You have to unload it by supporting the upper cont arm in a fashion that keeps the spring from loading the lower...Also, check the strut rod bushings on the suspect side. Since you allready jacked it up and gave it all a wiggle and found no loose components. I will assume the tie rods and idler arm are tight...If all components are tight...Its time to get it lined up again. Good luck!!!

The lower control arm is adjusted with a cam eccentric. This is an off center bolt that when rotated moves the arm in or out 1/2 an inch or so. The metal sleeve in the bushings have small teeth on the ends that grip the frame to keep it in place. As they age these teeth wear down and can slip out of adjustment. You can buy eccentric eliminator kits from aftermarket Ford suppliers.
