For my 72 Maverick? I was trying to figure out why my dome light doesn't come on. Well, there's a couple fuse box slots that are missing 1 set of the prongs. My dash lights don't work so it might be the same circuit. I guess I'm going to need a new fuse box so where can I get one?
And I'm not sure of the color on this one. It's a reddish/pinkish wire and it comes down individually behind both of the door hinge post. Both sides are just cut.

I doubt your fuse panel will need replaced. I also suspect that your fuse panel is NOT missing some of the "prongs". Some were not there from the factory.

There are online wiring diagrams for a Ford Maverick. I don't have the link. Hopefully somebody will post it for you.

Sounds like a blown fuse to me.

no they're definitely missing because only 1 set holds a fuse in two slots.
and moneymaker, thanks for the link. hopefully I can find one that just says PINK.

Might be related to the headlight switch.
