rocker not getting oil

    today i primed the oilpump with the valve covers off to be sure all the rockers are getting oil and noticed that one of them isnt getting any oil at all. how do i fix this, and is it a sign of a bigger problem?

    Assuming you are working on a V8, since the rocker oil comes up through the lifters and pushrods, try turning the engine while you are priming the oil. Sometimes it takes just getting the valve closed on that cylinder to let oil pass. :)

    by doing it that way, it will have to be turned over every time from now on to keep it oiling..:yup:.
